I started Exploring Within as a way to share my passion for nature, creative expression, writing, dancing, mindfulness, mental health, and wellness as well as to connect with others on their path of self-discovery. Through my own healing journey, I’ve come to find the profound power of meaningful connections and vulnerable conversations with strangers, friends, myself, nature, and the world around me. Focusing on cultivating an authenitc connection to myself, nature, and others has had such a powerful impact on my life. I’m now focused on supporting and empowering people on their own unique journeys and vulnerably sharing my personal experiences, in the hopes to inspire people to live boldy, fearlessly, and passionately. In coming home to myself, I’ve found that self-love, empathy, and gratitude practices have shifted me in ways I could’ve never imagined possible. My journey of ‘Exploring Within’ my own heart and soul, to uncover limiting beliefs and deconstruct subconscious programs, has allowed me to live my truest self and opened me up to a whole new world of possibilities.
