Exploring Within Silent Disco is a guided nature dance experience designed to inspire joy, healing, well-being, release, freedom, acceptance, creativity, self-love, community, authentic expression, and genuine connection. Come join us ~at Banyan Tree Sanctuary on Sunday, September 25th from 4:30-Sunset~ on a beautiful outdoor dance floor in paradise, as we foster connection & dance freely in nature with noise-canceling wireless headsets to restore our minds, bodies, and hearts with movement & music and as our medicine. Our intention is to help foster genuine connections to self, others, and nature through our immersive events.
Experience the magic of Hawaii with friends and family in a unique way. Our events are a safe space for you to move and dance however you please, for there is no right or wrong way. Allow yourself to be moved by the music. Unleash your inner child. Trust yourself as you explore new movements. Exploring Within will free you to listen to your own body, flow with your emotions, and connect with your inner self, nature, and the world around you on a deeper level. Just as you are, you are welcome here.

IMPORTANT PARKING DIRECTIONS: please park along the street at 73-1135 Akamai St Kailua, Kona HI 96740. From there follow the signs to where we will be meeting.
Reminder to please arrive 5-10 minutes early for parking/check-in
Please be on time for our opening circle as this is an integral part of the Exploring Within experience
We provide wireless noise-canceling silent disco headsets that will all be connected to the same channel for a fully immersive dance experience
We also provide and facilitate connection experiences including: ice breaker games, community journals, markers, writing supplies & writing prompts
Please bring water to stay hydrated
