Today in therapy I was able to discuss my anxieties and fears about uprooting my life and moving to Hawaii this summer. Moving to a new place, where I don’t know anyone and don’t quite know what to expect, can feel nerve wrecking, especially as the big move is quickly approaching. But the conclusion I came to by the end of my session, is that there is no point in holding anxieties about the future, as this will keep me from fully enjoying the present. I am allowing that which is meant to unfold for me to unfold naturally in divine timing. I am exactly where I need to be at this moment in time. I am trusting that this move is in perfect alignment for me. I have manifested a future for myself that is bright and filled with wild soulful connections and adventures. I am capable and able of experiencing love, awe, and beauty wherever I choose to go in this world. I am guided by my intuition. I can hold on to my truths and choose to silence my inner critic, to not allow those lies to overwhelm me. I am what I choose to be, I am inherently worthy, valuable, powerful, and capable. I will manifest great vibes, great connections, authentic friends, wholesome experiences, filled with joy, love, and abundance. I am so blessed & eternally grateful.
